I have never shied away from a new venture or project, unless I felt I couldn't give it 100%. My philosophy has always been to say YES and then figure out how to make it happen. Hard work has never thrown me off, and my only challenge is to overcome my OCD, which can be both an obstacle and a benefit. Perfection is always the end goal.
